Here’s the full collection of 16 upcoming big moments.
1. Damon visits Harvey
Damon is delighted after spending the night with Sarah, who tells him over drinks at the Bistro that he should get to know her family better. He agrees, but explains that he must visit Harvey in prison first.
In the prison visiting room, the brothers argue over the pressure Harvey is putting on Damon to complete a criminal mission. Harvey takes things one step further by threatening Sarah, which enrages Damon. Visiting a customer across the room, Dee Dee watches the drama unfold.
2. Adam and Sarah clash at the Bistro
Gail, Audrey and Nick express their disapproval of Sarah and Damon’s relationship when the couple comes to the Bistro for drinks. The escalating tension is interrupted when Adam arrives and reveals that he was aware of Damon’s visit to Harvey.
Adam makes it clear that he doesn’t want Damon anywhere near Harry, but as he clashes with Sarah, he quickly reminds her that Harry is not his son.
Upset by the fight, Adam makes his own appointment to visit Harvey; he is clearly prepared to make a deal with the devil.
3. Adam faces a bad threat
Adam continues to meet Harvey in prison. He claims that Harvey reviewed the case files and believed that the killer had a strong case for appeal.
Showing that he’s as dangerous as ever, Harvey warns Adam that the hitman who will handle Damon will target him too if he lets him down on the case.
4. The man crosses another line
Damon tries to get along better with Adam, unaware of Adam’s ongoing machinations.
Adam meets with an associate of Harvey’s. He hands over a wad of money and instructs the bandit to scare Damon. However, Adam’s discomfort with this situation becomes evident when he later has a panic attack.
5. Gemma expresses concern about Joseph’s health
Joseph complains of a high fever. Although Gemma is understanding, Chesney dismisses his son and insists everything is fine.
Gemma is still uneasy about the situation, but Paul advises not to take it too far, given her current situation with social services.
Refusing to let this matter go, Gemma takes her concerns to Dr. when she sees him in the cafe. He shares it with Gaddas. Chesney overhears and becomes furious with Gemma, who had previously been warned about the waste of time when she took Joseph to hospital twice last year.
6. Linda causes trouble between Gemma and Chesney
Linda returns to Weatherfield and gives Chesney a business card for a family solicitor, believing this is necessary after recent tensions between him and Gemma. Chesney refuses to discuss the issue.
Gemma finds the card and accuses Chesney of conspiring to take the children from her. Chesney insists this is not the case and Linda accepts that Gemma is responsible because she fears she may pose a risk to the children.
7. Joseph collapses
Chesney is forced to bring Joseph home from school early when he gets a call that the boy is unwell. Joseph’s health problems come to a head when he collapses on the couch at home and appears close to losing consciousness.
Joseph is rushed to the hospital and diagnosed with Lyme disease. It turns out he contracted the disease during a camping trip two months ago, which explains his recent mysterious symptoms.
8. Chesney and Gemma’s family face an uncertain future
Joseph wakes up in the hospital and his loved ones are assured that he should make a full recovery. The good news continues when social services inform Gemma that she is clear about the alleged poisoning and can return home.
Chesney is stunned when Joseph insists that he wants to live with Gemma instead of him, as she is the only one who believes he is sick.
9. Liam skips school
Liam pretends to go to school, but sneaks back to the flat as soon as Maria and Gary are no longer watching him.
Liam covers his tracks by logging into the school’s website and reporting that he is absent due to illness. Her plan backfires when the school calls Maria to tell her that Liam hasn’t been seen in classes for a week.
10. Mason targets Liam again
Maria forces Liam to go to school, but the teenager’s worst fears come true when Mason targets him again.
Mason humiliates Liam by stealing his phone and forcing him to beg for it back. The other boys laugh as Mason refuses to give it back – witnessed by Dylan, who does nothing to defend his old friend.
Mason then grabs Liam and pins him against the wall. Desperate to escape, Liam pulls the school’s fire alarm.
11. Asha makes a confession
Aadi continues to recover in hospital following a carbon monoxide scare in his home. Dev insists that Aadi should not return to the flat and invites him to move in.
Aadi feels guilty when Asha announces her breakup with Nina, who moved out after the last kiss drama.
Asha helps Aadi tidy up his flat, but Aadi is confused when he finds his bracelet on the floor. Asha is forced to admit that she visited the flat while he was unconscious. Not realizing the danger he was in, he ran out.
Meanwhile, Roy invites Nina to move into his old bedroom in the cafe flat.
12. Cassie reveals her actions
Cassie updates Evelyn by revealing that she donated the money she stole from Terry to a dog charity. He only attacked her because he was about to hurt the dogs, she adds.
Later, Tyrone reveals that Fiz has invited him to join a course in Italy. Tyrone considers this but is reluctant to leave Hope and Ruby to the irresponsible Cassie for two weeks.
13. Cassie is causing trouble again.
Tyrone continues the journey, but his fears about Cassie’s behavior begin to come true when Cassie lets Ruby grow her nails and feeds her chips for breakfast.
The school alerts Evelyn to Cassie’s antics. Evelyn confronts Cassie and accuses her of being an obstacle when it comes to taking care of the girls.
14. The mystery of Lauren’s boyfriend continues
Max invites Lauren for tea, but Lauren seems uncomfortable when Sabrina says she should invite her mystery boyfriend too.
Sabrina tells Max that she suspects Lauren is lying about having a boyfriend. Max questions Lauren about this, causing her to run out of the cafe in tears.
15. Max’s suspicions grow
Lauren joins Max and Sabrina for lunch at the Bistro and announces that she’s dumping her boyfriend.
Later, Max watches with interest as Lauren talks to Daniel on the street. Daniel puts a comforting hand on Lauren’s shoulder, but will Max misinterpret it?
16. Bernie is coming back
Bernie is released from prison after a short time behind bars.
He’s happy to find his family at The Rovers, where they’ve thrown a surprise ‘welcome home’ party for him.
