Mucky Mansion has been a huge part of Katie Price’s life, and the property has made headlines for burglaries and rat infestations over the years.

It is said that Price, who was recently declared bankrupt again, may leave the place he has called home for 10 years. Bankruptcy is a legal process in which a person or business cannot pay its debts. The former glamor model first declared bankruptcy in 2019.

Price had lived at the property in Horsham, West Sussex, since he first bought it in 2014 for £1.3 million. The previous owner of the property was Cabinet Office minister Francis Maude MP. The mother of five children has been living here with her children Harvey, Junior, Princess, Jett and Bunny since 2014.

Mucky Mansion gained the reputation of being “dirty” after being neglected and falling into disrepair. It even had a problem with mice and had been the target of vandals before. But it was given new life when Price transformed her home for her reality show Katie Price’s Mucky Mansion.

It looks like Price has changed his mind since last year when he claimed he had no plans to leave his home, Mucky Mansion. Despite his mounting debts, he said, no one could take that away from him. He told The Guardian: “People write about me as if I didn’t have a pot to dig into. My £2.5m house is protected. This place is mine, no one can take it.”

Rumors were circulating this week that Price was considering packing up his belongings and leaving Mucky Mansion for good after living there with his family for a decade. Price is thought to be planning a move to West Yorkshire.

A source told The Sun: “Katie is fed up with Mucky Manor and doesn’t see a future there anymore. She wants to move into her dream house and thinks it could happen. How that will work is a mystery, given her financial problems, but she has envisioned it happening.” “

Yahoo News has reached out to Katie Price’s representative for further comment.

The TV star’s romance with Married at First Sight star JJ Slater has been heating up in recent weeks and the pair have reportedly decided to move in together amid rumors she is leaving the Mucky Mansion for good.

Price, who has been engaged eight times, even hinted on social media that she might appear on stage again. She shared a photo of the neon sign: “Will you marry me?” She confirmed in February that she had started a new relationship, and it’s been a whirlwind since then. They’re already enjoying date nights in London as well as a romantic ski holiday.

In March, the famous couple revealed the public reaction to their relationship. “They are actually doing well,” Price told Goss.ie. JJ agreed, saying it was “better than she expected.” Cheeky Price added: “Mind you, everyone said he looked like my nephew today.”

The two shyly revealed that they knew each other before the speculations began. Price said: “To put it this way, it’s not just a quick thing, we got to know each other behind the cameras before anyone speculates anything.”

Price was married three times; She was previously married to Peter Andre, Alex Reid and Kieran Hayler. Although she only walked down the aisle three times, she was engaged eight times. She was previously engaged to Warren Furman, Scott Sullivan, Leandro Penna, Kris Boyson and Carl Woods.

From being infested with rats to fires and break-ins, Mucky Mansion has attracted headlines over the years.

In the reality series about Katie Price’s Mucky Mansion, builder Steve discovered a dead rodent next to his vent after his house was infested with critters. “This hole is where they come in. They can basically grab onto the wall, go up the brick and go right in,” he told Price on the show.

Mucky Mansion caught fire twice but there was no serious damage. In 2020, Price’s then representative told The Sun Online: “I can confirm there was a fire at the site but there was no serious damage to the building.

“Eyewitnesses reported to the emergency services that the house was on fire, but thankfully the house was safely brought under control without any serious damage to the building.” It was first reported that a fire broke out at the Mucky Mansion in 2018 when Price’s son Jett’s bedroom caught fire.

Last year, Price called the police after a man on TikTok sensationally claimed he was breaking into her home. In 2020, Mucky Mansion was broken twice. One of the break-ins was particularly devastating for the star, who saw the taps left running and her home flooded.

Following the drama, the 19-bedroom house took center stage in Katie Price’s reality series Mucky Mansion. Fans went behind the scenes of Price’s renovations to clean up the property’s “dirty” reputation, from mice to grime.

Price explained why he took on the huge task of renovating Mucky Mansion. He said: “My house was called Mucky Mansion in the past but it’s not like that anymore, I’m making it a home.”

He elaborated further: “I’m getting my hands dirty and doing most of the work myself, and with the help of my wonderful family and some wonderful friends, I’m putting the past behind me and rebuilding. My house is being put back together a little bit like my life, the way I’m being put back together.”

Mucky Manor became his “happy home” after he transformed the venue for his Channel 4 programme. He said at the time: “I’ve taken the plunge and so have my family. But it shows you can turn things around and I’m really proud of what I’ve achieved.”

“This is my land and my home, now it’s like I’m coming back together and the house is coming together too,” he added. “In the past, this place was called Muddy Mansion, but it is not like that anymore, this is my happy home now.”
