In 2023, Fendi partnered with Marc Jacobs, Balmain collaborated with Beyoncé, and Louis Vuitton worked with Japanese artist Yayoi Kusama. But fashion collaborations are not a new idea. In 1937, Salvador Dali collaborated with Schiaparelli, and his influence can be seen again as an inspiration for Daniel Roseberry’s Spring 2024 collection.

H&M has had several collaborations with high fashion designers, including its collaboration with Karl Lagerfeld in 2004.
